A Bold New Paradigm for Patient-Centered Teamwork
Don't just "tolerate" or "manage" uncertainty – harness it for discovery, teamwork, and action. This course is both a call to action ("the what"), and a journey of experiences and new skills ("the how"). You will learn the basics of uncertainty, its definition and different types, as well as its challenges and unexpected opportunities. Through a proprietary adaptation of Visual Thinking Strategies, you will learn the bold moves of the clinical leader who is a master at holding space for co-creation in uncertainty. Developed through years of close listening to clinical masters and to patients, as well as through deep study of diagnostic excellence and facilitation, this course has consistently received highest marks by discerning learners across the medical learning spectrum, and is available in formats suited for clinical retreats, CME/CEU, faculty training, and expanded seminars.
