1. Given what a prevalent part of work, life, and relationships it is, it is well worth understanding what uncertainty actually is: its different types, challenges, influencers, opportunities, and the resources inside and among us that we can bring to the challenge.

2. Those whose daily bread and butter is people / care / leadership, and who got to their position by way of a lot of academic training, may be at a disadvantage when it comes to having capacity and familiarity in the worlds of not-knowing.

3. There is a rare breed of physicians and clinicians who care about diagnosis, and who practice it well. They are masters of converting spaces of uncertainty into spaces of growth. A lot stands to be learned from them.

4. We live in a legacy paradigm, based on entitlement, though containing precious wisdom of creativity that is at risk of being lost. Were we performing at our very best, by nature of our diversity, we could create a much better paradigm in which our technologies and operations support human wholeness.

…. and …..

(here’s the kicker)

5. With the knowledge and skill of #1, uncertainty is the doorway to that Wholeness Paradigm.
