Arts Practica seeks candidates for a summer intern to assist with operations related to programming, as well as research.

We are a small business looking to expand our programming in the healthcare sector and seeking a proactive candidate with a passion for healthcare, education or arts administration, or social enterprise. The successful intern will jump in quickly and with agility assisting on the back-end of online course operations including marketing, data analysis and visualization, and program evaluation, in addition to administrative assistance. Interns will also work as research assistants on projects related to uncertainty in medicine and in the arts, and key factors that influence performance and decision-making in uncertainty.

Former Arts Practica interns have successfully gone onto careers in medicine, consulting, and arts administrators.

Commitment is approximately 5 hours a week. Pay is $15/hour. Applications accepted on a rolling basis.

Some former interns have successfully negotiated college or graduate school credit with their universities by combining their internship with academic work supervised by Alexa Miller. We are happy to entertain this option should you wish to pursue these arrangements with your university and present us with a project that aligns with our direction.
